Review on Hinterwars(TM)

Recently DiGi(TM) & Nokia(TM) collaborated to produce a revolutionary dual-platform Symbian Mobile Massively Multiplayer Online Game (3MOG)[now try saying that 3 times in a row non-stop!^^] that allows gamers to play simultaneously with tens of thousands of others using either their Nokia Series 60 and Nokia N-Series gamedeck or their PC. It's the "u-can-play-using-ur-pc-&-ur-cellphone" part that got my adrenaline pumping enuf for me to go aaallllll the way to sunway pyramid to register,wait for 15mins to get the software DL-ed to my RS-MMC,& redeem some cheap free gifts,& i can tell u it ISN'T WORTH IT.below is SS for pc.Now,back to the topic,hinterwars is about 4 races(humans,firans,taikuus,& brucians)being invaded by Aterian(watever that is) & it's up the these ppl to save the day,which is EXTREMELY cliched nowadays.The graphics is mediocre 2D art,taking into consideration of the limited colours on cellphones.The gameplay in Hinter is turn-based,which i think is absolutely tedious in the sense that normal battle takes at least 10mins to complete!e.g. when u go to a battle map,u hav to walk quite a number of steps to "meet" ur opponent(normally a monster),& when the 2 of u are close enuf,the battle starts(for melee,range i dunno),u hit it once,then the monster hit u,repeat until one dies(normally it's u),they always seem to deal more dmg >.<,the sound on both pc & cellphone is pretty decent,now on the fees side,the charges are RM10/month(it's free for 1month if u register b4 30th of april),& 10cents/10kb,tis equals it being bloody expensive!Yes,i tried it,once install liao then i play for 30mins+-,then check my balance..........."waiting".......................OMFG!!! my bal now RM21.05 onli!!!!!!!!! b4 i play still got RM50++ leh.......die....... dun wan to play liao,reformat RS-MMC. other than the formentioned cons of hinter,the loading times take ages to do so...at least45sec leh!but one thing is that they show some nice concept arts while it's loading(^_^) All in all,hinterwars is just a hint/stepping stone of wat's to come for dual-platfrom online games. Not recommended if u r tight on budget.SS for phone>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Hi!(^_^) Im Joshua Jonathan Low & tis is my 1st blog(I noe im slow to begin one >.<) Ok,lemme start my 1st blog that i think would generate some controversy.Did u realise/know that most Malaysian Chinese youths nowadays have christian names(CN) but ARE NOT in the Identity Cards(IC)? I bet 90% out of 100% are made up by themselves when they are in their late childhood,teenage years,and/or parents calling them with this new name out of the blue. Reason? Because they think (IMHO) that with CN,it would be easier for other people to remember their names & it might be useful during job interviews later in life instead of remembering their long/complex chinese names.Im a chinese,but my name was given AT BIRTH.hah!evidence? just take a look @ the chinese version idol-style talent reality tv show:Jue tui Superstar,almost all of them have a christian name! Btw,there's tis female contestant who has christian name called..........KINKI!Lolx,i can almost be sure that she doesn't know what the real word actually means!^^ Hence,i can conclude (IMHO again) that with christian name=easier to remember=unforseen success in life.
